An opening ceremony or an MOU signing ceremony is an important event that is highly likely to get major media coverage. You should follow these guidelines throughout the whole process.

Banner
  • Placard(A2 size)
  • Poster(A4 size)
Back Wall
Taking Photography

Check the moving lines and set up a banner or a back wall considering the composition of photography in advance. A white wall is preferred when there is no banner or back wall.

Basic Cut
  • 1.Where there are participants holding a placard in front of a banner
  • 2.Where participants are holding a placard or an MOU document
  • 3.Where participants exchange or sign an MOU document
  • 4.Where participants have a group photo session in front of a banner

Please Note
  • 1.Check the angle of a photo.
  • 2.Check if the subject is placed in the center of a photo.
  • 3.Check the brightness of a photo.
  • 4.Check the focus of a photo. (For a group photo, adjusting margins on both sides can move the focus onto subjects.)
